I download this game I thought it was gonna be fun but when ever I try to let the game download so I can play I get kicked out and never let's me play

I gave this three stars as I have been unable to even play it. I want to play it, and I will leave a review once I complete it. But once I click the app, I’m on the main loading screen and then it crashes. Please devs help me fix this, or message me separately so I can get the game files.
