I have been trying since a few days I bought my cycle a year back and just found out about the app but it is not Letting me in I even made a hero lectro account on google but it still shows invalid token please fix this problem I

The Hero Electro app is a complete disappointment. The biggest issue is connectivity—no matter what you do, the app simply does not work. As soon as you try to log in by entering your mobile number, it throws an “invalid token” error, making it impossible to access any features. Without the ability to log in, the app is essentially useless. There are no clear troubleshooting steps, and the developers seem to have done nothing to fix this issue. For an app that is supposed to enhance the experience of using Hero Electro bikes, this is a massive letdown. Until these major bugs are addressed, this app is not worth downloading.

Misleading Advertisement – Connectivity Features Don’t Work!
I purchased the Hero F6i cycle specifically for its advertised connectivity features and app functionality. However, after purchasing, I found that the app doesn’t work at all!
I raised a complaint through the dealer, and I received a call from the Tamil Nadu service team. Their solution? “Don’t use the app, use Strava instead.” Seriously?! Then why advertise app connectivity in the first place? If the features don’t work, why sell it as a smart cycle?
This is clear misinformation and false advertising. I paid extra for features that do not exist in reality. Hero Cycles, this is unacceptable. If you can’t provide what you promise, then don’t mislead customers. I demand a proper fix or an official statement clarifying the truth about this so-called “smart” cycle.
Buyers, beware! If you are looking for actual connectivity and smart features, this is NOT the cycle for you.
