I have been trying to add this to my daughter phone, it’s saying the activation code is wrong. No one from customer service responded to my questions for help. The website is crap! How can you charge $25 for a app that does not offer help nor is it user friendly. Why is there NOT in option for a actual phone number for customer service? I purchased this because it was suppose to be educational NOT a headache

Esta app es un timo me han cobrado 27,99 y no me han dicho nada del tipo de cargo, es una vergüenza

On m’a offert le casque mais inutilisable. L’appli saute tout le temps. Aucune explication sur la manière dont il faut positionner l’iPhone. Et quand ça fonctionne, l’appli s’éteint toute seule au bout de 2 secondes... Très déçue.
