App not functioning & Poor customer service
Downloaded the app, purchased course and the app loops the same intro video. No one responded to customer service inquiries. Requested refund from bank due to customer service failure.
App supports self discovery!
I’ve listened to Shay’s Facebook posts for a while before I decided to download and subscribe to the app. I like that the app starts off with some personal questions to help you learn more about yourself. I’ve only completed one course, but I like that’s it’s readily available to do when I have time and it gives me the opportunity to reflect on what she’s talking about and how it applies to my life. The course has given me things to think about such as what I want out of a partner and what kind of relationship I want. It challenges me to really think about my future and how I can invest in myself. To look critically at past and current relationships. Looking forward to trying more tools!
