Where’s the consumer version so we can look for cars like online?

It’s obvious this app hasn’t been kept up to date. Can’t get passed login, doesn’t give you an option to create one either. Don’t bother if it hasn’t been updated or addressed the problem.
Log in.
There’s no option to make an account, only to log in. I don’t have an account so how do I make one. Can there be an option for new users to make an account?
