حسابپی واقعاً یک برنامه عالی و کاربردی است. با آن میتوان بهآسانی کریدت موبایل خرید، بل برق را پرداخت کرد، تکت طیاره تهیه نمود، خرید آنلاین و سفارش غذا انجام داد. همچنین با کارت AfPay بهراحتی از دستگاههای ATM پول نقد برداشت کرد. استفاده از برنامه بسیار ساده، سریع و مطمئن است. از تیم حسابپی بابت این خدمات ارزشمند تشکر میکنم و امیدوارم هر روز امکانات بیشتری به آن اضافه شود.

وقتی لینک دعوت میفرستیم شخص مقابل نمیتونه با لینک ما از طریق ویب وارد بشه

The app is good overall, except the payment receive from PayPal is not more available which was its best feature and also it would be best if instead of mobile number, the account number should be a randomly generated 14-16 digit numbers.
نمیتوانم وارد حساب خود شوم
من کود خود را فراموش کرده بودم و درخواست کود جدید دادم. حالا هر وقت اپلیکیشن را باز میکنم، صفحه تعیین کود جدید باز میشود. اما وقتی کود جدید را دو بار وارد میکنم، یک خطا ظاهر میشود که میگوید «کود قبلی نادرست است»، در حالی که اصلاً جایی برای وارد کردن کود قبلی وجود ندارد و من نمیتوانم وارد حساب خود شوم.
این موضوع بسیار آزاردهنده است، چون کاملاً از حساب خود خارج ماندهام و هیچ راهحل مشخصی وجود ندارد. حتی با تیم پشتیبانی هم تماس گرفتم، اما متأسفانه نتوانستند کمکی کنند.
لطفاً هرچه زودتر این مشکل را برطرف کنید یا راهی برای تنظیم موفقانه کود جدید و ورود به حسابم نشان دهید.

Netflix Gift Card Not Working – Poor Support Experience
I purchased a Netflix gift card from HesabPay about a month ago, but it did not work. I contacted their support team multiple times, and each time I was told the issue would be fixed. Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved so far. The support team has not been helpful, and the problem remains unresolved even after a month. I advise other users to be cautious when using this app.

Regarding your suggestion about global payments, please note that you can already cash out from your Payoneer account by sending money to your HesabPay account and withdrawing cash from any HesabPay branch's and agents. As for PayPal, please note that PayPal services are currently restricted in Afghanistan. Once these restrictions are removed by PayPal, the service will be made available through the HesabPay app. We truly appreciate your suggestions—they help us improve and better serve all users everywhere.
