Can’t sign in Authentication issue

I cant sign in back into my account, because it keeps asking for an authentication code, but I do not get one from google authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. My account was created by my Afghan Phone number. There should be an option to connect the Hesab pay app to the authenticator, so that one can get or receive a code, perhaps through a QR code or another verification method. Please solve this issue, as right now I am utterly locked out.

Great app, but please reduce the tax on adding money

I really like HesabPay and find it very convenient, but the tax/fee charged when adding money to the account is quite high. Please consider reducing this charge so users can add money more affordably. Lower fees would make HesabPay much more useful and encourage more people to use it regularly.

حساب‌پی واقعاً یک برنامه عالی و کاربردی است. با آن می‌توان به‌آسانی کریدت موبایل خرید، بل برق را پرداخت کرد، تکت طیاره تهیه نمود، خرید آنلاین و سفارش غذا انجام داد. همچنین با کارت AfPay به‌راحتی از دستگاه‌های ATM پول نقد برداشت کرد. استفاده از برنامه بسیار ساده، سریع و مطمئن است. از تیم حساب‌پی بابت این خدمات ارزشمند تشکر می‌کنم و امیدوارم هر روز امکانات بیشتری به آن اضافه شود.

Account number

The app is good overall, except the payment receive from PayPal is not more available which was its best feature and also it would be best if instead of mobile number, the account number should be a randomly generated 14-16 digit numbers.

نمیتوانم وارد حساب خود شوم

من کود خود را فراموش کرده بودم و درخواست کود جدید دادم. حالا هر وقت اپلیکیشن را باز می‌کنم، صفحه تعیین کود جدید باز می‌شود. اما وقتی کود جدید را دو بار وارد می‌کنم، یک خطا ظاهر می‌شود که می‌گوید «کود قبلی نادرست است»، در حالی که اصلاً جایی برای وارد کردن کود قبلی وجود ندارد و من نمی‌توانم وارد حساب خود شوم.

این موضوع بسیار آزاردهنده است، چون کاملاً از حساب خود خارج مانده‌ام و هیچ راه‌حل مشخصی وجود ندارد. حتی با تیم پشتیبانی هم تماس گرفتم، اما متأسفانه نتوانستند کمکی کنند.

لطفاً هرچه زودتر این مشکل را برطرف کنید یا راهی برای تنظیم موفقانه کود جدید و ورود به حسابم نشان دهید.
