Kids Club
HEW Fitness is amazing. It’s more then a gym, it’s a really special place. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Coaches do classes so you know exactly what to do. And there is a KIDS Club every other Saturday at 9:30. I took my son. He’s five and it was so great. He can’t wait for the next class.
Great App - Please add workouts to app
Please add the weeks workouts in the app for those that don’t use social media so we can see what the workouts are for the week.

At first I was skeptic to have to download yet another app. However, you won’t mind this one trust me. It’s super easy to use and makes it fun to check in and track your attendance. I also love that you can set up challenges for yourself. Great app. Would recommend 10/10

This app is a game-changer! Not only does it keep me connected to the incredible HEW community, but it also makes scheduling classes super easy.
