Scam ads
Beware there are scam ads that pop up n hexa away. Warning you to add a app that has subscription fees. Phony

I go into my app and now I’m forced to play a game I have no interest in. Did anyone do a prod smoke test after u pushed changes into prod? Please fix it!
Fun but ads are way too long
A fun game, but the ads are far too long and the game doesn’t offer enough rewards or player moves.
Ad time got better for a day then got worse
I’m moving back to 1 star. The ads are ridiculous. Most ads start with a video and 30-ish seconds later an “X” or an arrow shows up, you press it and think, Aha! I get to play now. Nope. You get another screen with a list of features, wait for 15-30 seconds. Then an “X” or an arrow shows up, you press it and think, Aha! I get to play now. Nope. Another screen shows up, and you wait, and wait, then another arrow shows up, and nope, no game yet. This can sometimes go on for 5 different screens. As if I need 5 different screens to convince me. It really just annoys me and makes me determined to never click on an ad because they’re mostly spam anyway. So sad.

I purchased the game for $10. However, In order to move on to the next level sometimes you need extra moves and you can either use the coins you’ve collected or watch ads. I don’t mind watching ads but these ads are sometimes 2-3 minutes long. I’ve purchased other games that require watching ads if you don’t have enough coins or options to move to the next level, but they are never more than a minute, usually 30 seconds.
Often, in the middle of an ad it freezes and the screen goes black. Then I have to restart the game and I lose all my progress toward earning coins or other items.
Also, if I have to go to another screen, or just leave and come back, the game restarts and I lose my progress. When the game reopens I have to play that level all over again and I lose whatever coins or other helpers I’ve used to that point.
I’ve emailed support but no one answers.
I’m considering deleting the game it’s so frustrating.

The game freezes up too often
This game is fun, but also frustrating. I constantly watch ads to get another free move. 90% of the time, after I’ve watched several ads and I have one move left to finish the game, the app freezes up and I have to start that level all over again. Also, when this happens, I lose any of the tools that I have used on that level. I basically wasted those tools because the game froze and I had to start all over.

This Game Sucks
You wait days to accumulate enough points because you know they’re going to steal them all away from you by creating an impossible game that you have to use all of those points in order to get out of and then many times more often than not you’re unable to do so so you’re out of points before several days not having been able to play even one game after waiting so long to accumulate those points. Furthermore, I didn’t want to sit through three minute long ads for Kalshi and dudes on betting sites.

Love the game but the ads are relentless! I also think it would be good if there was an option of hints, you could earn hint tokens to use just like you do the drill, hammer or bomb
New Update with mini ad
I paid for the no ads version. The new update shows an ad for the game itself for five seconds after each level is completed. There used to be no such ad before. So if you’re playing 10, 20, 30 or more levels at one go, it’s wasting minutes of your time. What’s the point of paying for ad-free?

This is fun and challenging as far as it goes. But it’s impossible to go forward without paying for add ons.

Freezing Ads
The developers need to do away with the ads for cleaning your phone, they constantly freeze up, resulting in 9 times out of 10 causing the player to have to reboot their phones and start over on the level, which results in loosing level progress and any progress made in special events.
Once again certain ads are causing the game to freeze.
I am tired of having to restart my device, loosing the money I have spent,etc.
It would be nice to be put back into the most current level without losing anything.
Almost to the point of deleting the game.

No fun
I use to enjoy playing Hexa Away, but since its newest update. I don’t like playing at all. I had over 370,00 coins & since it changed I’m down to hardly any. I guess it’s time to move on to a better game. Cya
Hexa away liked playing but several times froze just ad there were only one or two moves left

Lies lies always. I curse the people who created all these fake cash apps. 80% of us are out here working full time and still cannot afford food then your apps rape what is left of our time with your fake apps and literally taping our time with ads all the time. Why is this not illegal!!!!! I pray to God you and your children rot in hell for generations for creating these apps.!!!!!!!!!!!

Ads every second
The ads pop up before I can even make a move. I can’t even play the game. Lose the ads or lose me. To bad, because I liked the game.
Level 212
I was loving this game until I reached level 212. Tried it over and over to see if it could be done without equipment until I was on my last life. It can’t be done. I had to use every last bit of my equipment I had saved just to get through this level. Will see what the next level is like, but this has really put me off the game.

Ads despite paying
The game is ok, but repetitive and often impossible without using add ons.
But most annoying is paying to remove Ads and then bring bombarded with Ads between every level.. why??
