About
One number. One path. Fill the whole board.
Hexa Fill is a logic puzzle on a hexagonal grid with rules simple enough to grasp in ten seconds — and deep enough to keep you thinking for hours.
■ HOW TO PLAY
Each board has one or more numbered cells. Those are your starting points.
The number tells you how many more cells that path still needs to cover.
Put your finger on a numbered cell and drag to neighbouring cells. Every cell you pass through fills with colour, and the number counts down. When it reaches zero, that path is exactly the right length.
You win when EVERY cell on the board is filled — not one left over, not one missing.
Sounds easy? Try it. There are plenty of paths with the right length. There are far fewer that are the right length AND don't block the other colours out.
■ WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT
- NO TIMER, NO GAME OVER
Nobody is rushing you. Made a wrong turn? Just drag back. Play on the train, play before bed, play as long as you like.
- REAL DEDUCTION, NOT GUESSWORK
Many boards have cells with only one way in. Spot them and a whole stretch of the path reveals itself. That moment feels great.
- EVERY BOARD LOOKS DIFFERENT
Neat hexagons, rings with a hole in the middle, separate islands. No two boards are alike.
- HUNDREDS OF LEVELS, A GENTLE CLIMB
Start with four cells and one colour. Then two colours. Then three colours on a thirty-cell board with a nasty bottleneck.
- FULLY OFFLINE
No connection needed. No account needed. Open and play.
- STUCK? TAKE A HINT
Tap the bulb and it'll show you the next move.
■ WHO IT'S FOR
For people who like Sudoku, Nonogram, Flow Free, crosswords. For people who want a game that isn't loud, that doesn't interrupt with ads mid-thought. For anyone who needs five quiet minutes.
