Not a fair game

The app stops giving out coins after $8 then it issues tickets or spins which no longer land on coins but tickets or a few gems!!! When you can’t cash out until you reach $10 it makes me wonder how others earn more! I’ve even entered the contests using tickets but my luck stinks on those! Just wish it played fairly!
