Cannot play due to crashing

Slow loading then crashing

I love the game but lately it kept closed itself all of the sudden... probably bugs. It loads slow too. Please fixthe issues.

Fun but annoying

love this game, have been playing it since it can out, but now there’s so many pop ups and side quests. i have to click away about 10 things before i can play the actual game. all of this stuff is new, it’s really frustrating

Glitchy and crashes

Fun game but now it is always crashing and glitchy. If it actually allows me to play it’s glitchy, bad reaction time, and freezes. I’ve reached out to the app for support hoping they respond so I can keep playing.

Fun game but the ads and ai

Fun game but the ads and ai imagery usage is a big turn off and keeps me from playing more

Crazy Difficult Game

I’ve had this game for nearly a year now and I’m only on level 78. While it’s nice to have some challenge, this game is designed so that if you want to advance, you need to pay to upgrade. You can’t watch an as to get more coins and beating a hard level only gives you 5 coins. It’s not great.

Ads

First off - the app makes your phone super hot. Second - the amount of ads is ridiculous. You get hit with an ad after each time you lose/beat a level. They hide the way to beat a level behind an open tile that is locked behind forcing you to watch an ad. I understand that ads are required to keep games free but more and more these days, app developers are getting greedier and greedier and locking everything behind ads in addition to causing ads to pop up constantly while playing the game. Which is a shame because the game is fun, but not enough for me to deal with the ads. This has been deleted from my phone.

Fun fun

U will enjoy this game lots of fun

Terrible customer service

Purchased no ads and it doesn’t actually remove all of the ads, for 7$ you’d think it would. They categorize their ads in reward ads and forced ads, only forced ads get removed. Any other games I’ve played remove ALL ads. The customer service is robotic and refuses to actually help or process a refund.

The game is fun but their customer support sucks.

Inappropriate ads

Ad from some novel company appeared borderline pedaphelic and offensive. Was enjoying the game until then but won’t support something that would allow ads like that

Insane amount of Ads

This game could be fun, but instead it’s extremely frustrating. They make it impossible to play. For example only four slots available, then they give you tiles that can’t be matched. You will have to watch very long ads multiple times. Uninstalling, there are a lot of games and this one is horrible!

Disappointed

Addictive, then Annoying (updated)

I’ve played over 4,000 levels on this game, so consider myself well qualified now to comment on it.
Whilst initially really enjoyable, the game has become much harder as it has gone on, and so equally less enjoyable.
More and more levels are impossible to finish without spending large amounts of in-game coins.
The price of the purchasable “boosters” has recently doubled whilst the rewards for completing levels has remained the same (spend 100’s in coins to finish the level, and be rewarded with just 5 - or 10 after yet another ad - for completing it).

Frustratingly, gameplay Isn’t consistent.
When placing a stack of tiles, you don’t know which way they’ll sort. This often means that what you think is a good move turns out not to be, as the tiles sort in the opposite direction to what you wanted.

The “leagues” are obviously fake.

As usual, the game was advertised as having “no annoying ad’s”. So, apparently, the very long (some over a minute, or longer) and very repetitive ad’s in it are deemed “not” annoying!
A lot of the ad’s are fake/AI for dodgy weight-loss products, claiming to be affiliated with legitimate companies, which they are clearly not.

I recently took a couple of weeks off the game, but still collected the ‘free’ (after watching ad’s) daily coins (85 per day).
After going back to the game, it took me just 4 levels to have spent all of them, on levels that are impossible to finish without boosters.

All the fun has been sucked out of this game, and although I play it occasionally now, it is ultimately more frustrating than fun.

Update : recently, the developers have made changes to the game that allow extra boosters to be acquired during levels - but means having to watch an advert each time.

Further update : they have now removed this again, so once again, levels require in-game coins to buy boosters to complete levels - and lots of them.

Well done for shooting yourselves in the foot by doing this , developers!

Some levels require every “free” booster in order to be finished (and still sometimes more) - so you have to watch six adverts (some of them 2 minutes long . Others, like the one for Shein, that you can’t get past without being taken to their website, even after it finishes).
The developers used to be very good at replying to reported issues, but no longer get back to you

Crashes immediately

Used to be great until it started crashing as soon as I open it.

Don’t ever make a purchase!

If you make even one purchase you lose the options to use ads for boosters and have to pay. I contacted support to put my account back to ads, not purchases and no one got back to me. This was my favorite game I’m so sad:(
