terribly glitchy user interface…
i really want to like this game but between the audio glitches (audio of the hex tiles disappearing during gameplay) and the lagging that occurs during the gsmeplay , i am just displeased with the performance of the app ….
i even thought it was just me / my phone was the issue at first and i went to free up some storage on my phone so the game could run smoothly …
well even after freeing up over 100 GB of space on my 256 GB iphone , the game still is lagging and the audio is still glitching causing me to close and relaunch the app ( and i even restarted my phone after freeing up the storage )
nothing i’m doing is working so that tells me that it’s not me or my phones , it’s the game … i just wish these game developers would do better because the games would be so fun if they were more thorough when they are making them to ensure that they actually work …
clearly this game has not been tested or ran by the developer , so sadly i guess i have to deal with the glitches until a bug fixing update comes out ( if they ever release one )

I’ve been playing this game for quite some time. I logged on currently have -423 lives and I have it won’t let me collect the coins you used to be able to collect every hour. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and noting is different. The game is unplayable.

What happened???
My favorite game until this newest update. The graphics have been downgraded and now it keeps glitching and taking me to pop up pages about security warnings on my phone. I’m about ready to uninstall if it’s not worked out soon.

With newest iPhone update (26.2.1) this game is saying “no internet connection”, I have checked everything and internet is working properly?

Love this game!
This is my favorite game and I enjoy playing it very much especially the design scenes. I especially like that when I have a question I actually get an answer back.

I love this game, what I didn’t love were the ads but got use to them. Now can’t play because it will not load up.

The most recent update took care of many of the bugs; however, I can’t get the game to load past 94% today (Monday). The “contact us”button in the upper left-hand corner doesn’t open so there’s no way of contacting the developers except through the app review
Does not load after 4.2 update
After the 4.2 update the app never completely loads. I first get a false internet problem message, after rhat the app loads to 94% and gets stuck.

Yet One More “Free” Game Designed to Take Your Money
This game is initially really fun and it lets you be successful. Basically, to lure you in. Then it slowly begins feeding you hexies in colors that are useless when it senses what colors you need to win (this is an obvious and repeated pattern that occurs over and over again when colors suddenly stop appearing right when you need them), or it feeds you hexie stacks in color combinations that literally make it impossible to win and advance to the next level. Unless … you continually open your wallet to purchase more coin packages or watch ridiculously long advertisements. And this is after purchasing the “ad-free package”! Not to mention that the game isn’t properly calibrated to drag the hexie piles (your finger rests near the stack, not ON it like other Hexie games, meaning your stack often ends up in a position you didn’t intend and it’s a wasted turn. Reading all of the reviews and the bazillion users that have given this game a way low rating because of the issues I’ve just outlined, I actually question the posted overall high rating. If you’re prepared to buy new coin packages multiple times a day and then blow through them because you’re pre-disposed to losing, this is a fantastic game. If you don’t have deep pockets, well, not so much.
