No support
Customer support is inexistent, 1 week waiting for someone to reply and still nothing. My balance is lost and likely never going to be recovered, app is dead, payment cards were blocked by banks, don’t bother downloading. Waste of time and money.
Credit card blocked
I started using this card in November and It was working fine, in fact I paid a subscription a few days ago and everything was okay, until the day after yesterday. I got a notification that my card was locked and that’s it, no more explanation, I asked to support and I haven’t get a response.
