下载了两遍,怎么打不开???

二进制补码反码原码的转化不能求带小数的

小数点只在2.8.10.16间转化可以使用,原码补码反码之间转化不行。并且只能由真值转原码补码反码,不能做到这几个间随意转化,很不方便。
