Glitches!!!
As the leader of the number 2 team in the world I get to complain! Let me start by saying once you learn this game it’s very fun because it’s challenging. BUT there are so many glitches! Support used to be very helpful but just disappeared!
So many trophies you don’t get points for. Some of my teammates can’t watch ads to earn rewards. People have lost all of their points. If I wasn’t the leader I would quit.

Found the one that isn’t overloaded with ads and is well made ! It’s hard enough to keep me coming back but not so hard I want to throw my phone ! This is the first 5 stars I have given to any game . Good job to the developers finally a game not completely and utterly designed for greed !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ads crash game
4th time in a row an ad crashed my game mid play. It’s been happening for 2 weeks. This used to be my favorite game—but it’s time to delete it now.
Used to be good
Used to be fun even when you had to watch ads to get extra assists. Now you are limited to 3 per day which makes some levels unbeatable unless you buy more assists. I used to play this game hours on end now may place once every few weeks.

Disappointed Again
Usual rip off. They illegally (false advertising) flood the consumer with ads promising no ads, then proceed to make playing the game impossible to proceed without paying for assists. Then they say no ads when there are plenty of ads with the same false advertising.

Thought this game would be challenging….well, IT IS….IT IS A CHALLENGE TO COMPLETE EVERY LEVEL JUST TO WATCH AN AD. No reason for it but guess the company puts PROFIT before the game and players. Don’t waste your time on this game….IT SUCKS LIKE A HOOVER…THEN BLOWS. Take it from Bart, it is very possible to both suck and blow at the same time….HEXDOM PROVES IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keeps freezing up
I paid for no ads. I’ve paid to add coins and power ups and there’s an obvious glitch unless it’s scamming to take people’s money. I’ve lost coins and power ups several times because the game freezes up in the middle of a puzzle. When it quits freezing and taking my power ups I’ll rate it differently.

Please correct this issue. While I greatly enjoy the game, I do NOT enjoy deleting and reinstalling it because constant freezing.
Freezes all the time
Ever since I updated to the latest IOS all the app does is freeze mid game or just when I am about to win. Ive played this game consistently for over a year, won many tournaments but will probably stop if this issue isnt fixed soon

The game freezes during commercials Which are very frequent if you don’t want to spend money to finish a level. It gets so it is impossible to finish a level without spending money or watching multiple commercials then having to start over because the commercial froze and and you have to restart the app. Sucks!

How many people have to complain about the freezes for you to do something??
Problem Freezing
You really need to fix the freezing that occurs when you’re almost done with a puzzle. The screen either freezes and you can’t select the tile to finish it out. So then you have no choice but to abort and start a new puzzle. You need to fix the intermittent freezing, especially because it seems to occur just when you’re about to complete a hard puzzle. So until you do, I’m barely playing in lieu of deleting the app altogether. Keep avoiding the fixes and that’s where you’ll end up. We tolerate the lengthy ads, some of which are good… But we cannot tolerate a faulty game. Fix it and then I can change this rating.

Started off good
It started off wonderful but then the levels got more and more complex and each round takes 15+ minutes and there’s so much more work to do.
Review low score
Every time I get asked to submit a review, the game bounces to advertisement after every board. The advertisements are too long, too much of the same, and just caused me to delete the game.
