Filter Contacts by Assignment Status Agents can now filter their contact list by whether a contact is Assigned or Unassigned — making it easier to identify leads that haven't been claimed yet. Find it in the Contacts filter form alongside existing filters. Draw to Save a Search Consumers can now draw a custom boundary on the map and save it as a search. This unlocks a popular home search flow that was previously unavailable on mobile.
