Big news from City Hall. Well, a bigger City Hall. - City Hall grows with your town: Town Hall, then City Hall, then a domed Capitol with its own reflecting pool. Nobody asked for the pool. Everybody loves the pool. - New: Puzzle mode. No timer, just you and the space. New land arrives with each level, and a ring in the top bar counts the people until it does. - The Bank is open. Every drop earns credit: buy a park, a fire station or a police post right where you need it, or hire the bulldozer. - A block that fits nowhere? Drop it on the Bank and pay to pass. The hold pocket has retired; the Bank took over its office. - Fires, break-ins and smoke now count down on their lots. Fix them in time, or watch the lot crumble while the town explains exactly what happened. - Zoning has consequences: homes next to a smoky factory get grumpy and cost points, while a factory a couple of lots away brings jobs. - After any Game Over, continue the same town in Chill mode: no clock, no hearts, no fires. - Hold still while dragging and a magnifier helps you land blocks on a busy board. - New parts come with a quick tip the first time you meet them. - Timer stars are re-tuned for bigger 1.2 towns. - Alert badges sit on their own lot, so you always know which building is on fire.
