About

Others send an invite. Hey Poppy runs the party. One link, one place — who's in, who's out, who's bringing what, and who still hasn't answered. No app, no account, no group texts. Your guests don't download anything. You send one link. They tap it, answer, and they're done. No sign-up, no password, nothing to install. That's the whole point. Stop being a human spreadsheet. Replies stop arriving by text, email, DM and "she told me at pickup." Everything lands in one place you can actually read. Know who hasn't answered. The hard part was never the yeses — it's the four people you're still waiting on. Hey Poppy keeps that list for you. Whatever you're putting together. A birthday. A team dinner. A beach day. A fundraiser. A trip that needs a date before it needs anything else. The weekly game that's been running for nine years. • Ask what you need to know — who's bringing what, dietary notes, a question of your own • Cap the numbers, run a waitlist, let someone take a spot the moment one opens • Keep track of who's paid, and split the costs • Find a date everyone can do before you commit to one • Save your regulars into groups, so the next invite takes a minute • And when it's fiddly — tee times, foursomes, table seats — it handles that too Hey Poppy is named for a man who was, by unanimous agreement, the grandmaster of fun. We're doing our best to live up to him.

Turning on "I'm coming too" now really does put you on your own event, and the counts on it are right the moment you save. A texted invite arrives as the invitation itself - the name, the date, the place and the artwork - instead of a bare link. Add an event to Google Calendar as well as Apple. Send invites one by one instead of starting one big group thread, if you would rather. Split the costs works out who owes whom. Making an event from a group you already have is one tap, and the app opens straight to where you plan.
