Hey, I see you’re updating the app but you’re on the wrong side of this game. Focus on controlling bike features and other essentials rather than playing with social stuff. Your bike line is amazing; just correct the direction the way you shape the app. If you need help, drop me a line. You’ll thank me later.

We bought two horizons. They are powerful, ride well and we like them. I do a pre check every time we take them out. No problems with them at all.
Can’t connect to iPhone 15
I have 2xCityRun Heybikes and I can’t even discover either bike in the app. I am not sure what I am doing incorrectly.

Can’t change user email, driver rank is useless as trip sharing, no real bike data for insurance or 529 garage link
Lights on/off button
Hey, thanks for the update and for not forgetting the bike owners at all! There is one more super quick thing you should add: A button to turn on/off the lights! It’s easy, you can do it!

Just as bad as the bike itself. Doesn’t record my times or distances at all. The only useful bit of functionality it has is showing the percentage of my battery, which should be displayed on my bike but isn’t. Useless app that still has a Christmas theme even though it’s now April.
Affordable E-bike, horrible customer service
While HeyBike is one of the best affordable class 2 e-bikes it’s sorely lacking in customer service and support.
Spare parts such as batteries and displays are impossible to purchase from their website.
I personally need a replacement display as mine had broke. I waited 6 months before I could buy another one. This is a big deal because the display is linked to the e-bike controller. So a broken display means no electric bike use.

No registra las ritss

Technically not broken
I just bought this eBike and installed the application but it’s still Christmas themed in mid-April. This doesn’t inspire confidence in purchase of this company can’t even remove a silly skin from their application.
Bike great, app not so much
Bought a Ranger S in December and connected the app immediately. Didn’t have too much trouble with that, but about all it can do is power on and off the bike, with a maybe accurate battery percentage (I’m only 80% certain about that). There’s no stored information on travel mileage, I can’t input information to start trips, the app kind of fails whenever I try to start that. I have over 150 miles on my bike already, so to not see any of that registered whenever I open the app is annoying. The theme needs an update too, but that’s minor compared to the larger update overhaul this app needs.

Terrible App
I’ve had my Ranger S 1000 for 4 months and have put ~200 miles on the bike. The screen on the bike shows 200 miles but the app shows zeros for rides this week, and time riding. I can say that the Gear Division option works, but that’s it. And, of course, the GPS doesn’t work (I’ve had to use a different app to track that). One more thing, what’s with the Christmas theme? Really? It’s March.
Please, please, please make your app work.

Blast Off!
This is my first EV of any type. I’m 68 y/o and 220 lbs. I have the Mars 2.0 and have been having a blast. Fast and efficient performance with or without peddle power. Rode 20 miles and still had 54% of battery life. App tracking is great, and ride stats can be saved. My only complaint would be gear ratio is too low for fast paced rides. Feels like free spinning.

I’m enjoying my new CityRun and the app that accompanies it. I like that it keeps track of my rides and where I traveled. Simple and easy to use.
I gave it four stars (instead of five) because it’s February ‘25 and the app still says Merry Christmas.

Does not work
I recently bought a HeyBike and I tried connecting my bike to the app but my bike never pops up on the app, I was a little disappointed.
