Scan tool
Could be decent if you could use scan tool to help plan, but as soon as to scan something it’s locked in and you can’t remove it from your log.

We understand your concern about scanned items being locked and not removable from the log — flexibility is important, and we’re actively working on improving this experience. Adding options to edit or delete scans is something we’re considering for a future update.
