Buy the biosensor device first at HeyRex.com
I bought the heyrex2 biosensor for my dog then got this app and registered an account. It is a great way to monitor my figs well-being, location and also my vet can see the data and help with weight and cage rest.
Can't even register an account
I downloaded this app as I was about to purchase 1 of these to try before getting 2 and it won't even let me register a new account.
Not impressed
After buying the starter kit to monitor my old dogs health I was really excited to try it. I had heard great reviews.
The app is easy to use and set up a pets profile but when I followed the link to set up a subscription through PayPal I kept getting a security warning “no token passed”. Without the subscription I can’t view any information recorded by the capsule so it is effectively useless and pointless my boy wearing it. I tried different ways to do it including through the Hayrex website and kept getting the same problem.
I emailed the company several times on both of the given email addresses and even called the telephone number (based in USA) and left a voicemail.
I haven’t had a response at all.
I will be returning the monitor and buying something else with a company who value their customers and are willing to at least respond to an email.
