Very faint typeface not legible and one can make mistakes easily
Worst experience
I created an online account sent money. Forgot my pin. Requesting for pin reset all over sudden I have to visit branch. Why shouldn’t they just act like the rest of the banks. Pin reset can be done online too smh! Wouldn’t advice to bank with this guys.
Works most of the time
Functionality very limited.Versatility “1” point for checking balance.No RTGS ,no pesalink and Bill pay works sometimes. Security key localized vs cloud based.... Needs overhaul
The app crashes
The app just crashes on iOS 11.4.1, you cant even change the password. How do you release an app before a proper QA is done on all the current software packages guys.
