למה אני צריך להוריד את האפליקציה שלכם בשביל לעדכן נקודת איסוף לחבילה מאלי אקספרס? אחרי זה מזין נתונים במשך 10 דקות ועדיין לא מצליח לשנות נקודה. למה אין לינק כמו בעבר? העיקר למשלוח עד הבית בתוספת תשלום אפשר לעשות דרך לינק. וכל זה שאני לקוח שלכם ללא שלחתי. מקווה שיתנו לחברה אחרת להתמודד עם המשלוחים של אלי אקספרס.

נתתי כוכב אחד כי אי אפשר לתת אפס כוכבים. חברת שילוח דפוקה, קיבלתי משלוח מעלי אקספרס ואני עובר דרך ייסורים בנסיון להגדיר את נקודת המסירה. אפליקציה , מעבר לזה שהם מחייבים אותי להתקין אותה, שזה נבזות לכשעצמה, פשוט נוראה. אני עומד לפנות לעלי ולבקש לא להשתמש בשירות המחורבן שלהם.
