Translation Doesn’t Work
I purchased the Open Wire Earbuds at “Five And Below” and the translation feature does not work nor connect to my device. Also, this app asks you to agree to the policy, but there was no policy, there’s only the box to check that you agree. I rate this suspicious app a zero.
Return your headphones from five below if you see this
If you bought the real time language translation headphones from five below, return them immediately. The headphones themselves don’t do the translation ,this app claims but it never works. There’s something wrong with it for some reason where it doesn’t recognize the headphones or my phone as a device and it doesn’t let you do the real time translation without it. So the translation never actually works since it can’t recognize any devices.

Don’t work
I was really excited to get these headphones because I wanted to watch Tela using the translating headphones and of course they paired once I didn’t even get a chance to use them before they started acting up and not being able to pair them so I tried to completely delete everything and do everything all over again and because I already use the activation code it doesn’t allow you to use the activation code so then it just doesn’t pair at all completely do not waste your money buying these headphones. They probably were great for normal headphones, but as far as translating headphones garbage
