The Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) / METRO Transit User Travel Survey app was developed using the latest stop recording techniques to help survey respondents easily record their trips while minimizing battery drain whenever possible.
How can I participate? This app is a part of a larger transit survey designed to better understand how transit users travel. Participants are recruited at random mostly during live on-transit interviews. Participants that are recruited are able to participate via smartphone, online, or over the phone.
If I am selected, why should I participate? It is more important than ever for the transit agencies to get input from transit users, so they can better understand their transportation needs. Understanding where, when, and why people travel is critical for making local area transportation improvements.
