Used to use this app now it doesn’t work. Has logged me out and says account is under review and hasn’t changed. Disappointing really.
Useful
App is very useful for a HGV driver trying to work outside IR35. You can upload your compliance documents and check your score and see what we need to do to help.
Does not work
It goes to needs verification in 24 hours of which never gets verified and the app is just a frozen screen!!
Don’t work
App does not actually work. Your account will never get verified and the support page lists email addresses that just rebound your email enquiry. Why is this even still on App Store?
