New directional microphone + streaming setting allows the wearer of the Felix-8750 hearing aid model to select a listening setting that engages the directional microphones while continuing to stream sounds from the optional companion microphone. Remote programming capabilities is also new to this version, this allows the wearer of the Felix-8750 hearing aid model to receive program changes to their hearing aid without having to leave home.
