HI Move!

HI Move is a platform developed by Handicap International to manage its entire vehicle fleet and every journey, end to end. It has been designed to operate effectively across all contexts — whether in crisis-affected environments or more stable settings, and in both high- and low-security conditions. The application provides a clear and up-to-date view of all vehicles, with simple tools to track fuel consumption, monitor maintenance, and report issues in one place. It also structures how trips are managed through clear workflows — from request to approval to vehicle and driver assignment — reducing confusion, back- and-forth communication, and manual coordination. Flexible and adaptable, HIMove supports the way Handicap International teams operate in the field, regardless of their constraints or environment. By combining reliable data with smart alerts, it helps users make better decisions — from identifying overfueling and underused vehicles to anticipating maintenance needs before they become critical.
