File/Folder sort order selection
Doco describes the procedure to bring up the file/folder sort menu. It does not work. This is essential to successfully operating this device.

It Actually Works!
So idk why a lot of previous reviews are so bad...maybe the ones who have no problems with it just keeps using it and forget to review and the unlucky ones do these 1-2 stars reviews. But I've been using this whole storage thing for about a year now and it works great for my iphone 15! It takes a little bit to learn how things work but once you try it out and get the gist of it everything is pretty easy! I was also able to transfer everything onto my Macbook so that I could save even more storage and continue this for a long time before buying a new one 😃

Ever since I plugged this into my phone, my phone has been acting weird. I think someone uploaded a virus to this vault before I receive it. I am going to do a factory reset shortly. Also, when I plugged the vault into my phone, nothing happens. My phone does not recognize this device nor does it see it and I cannot access it..

Terrible app
Terrible product . The app keeps shutting down when loading the photos or videos .
Works well enough but requires a specific approach
In order to transfer the files off the iPad onto the stick one need to first move the files to the Hi Pro folder on the iPad so that the app will see them, and only then transfer them through the app. I’m not sure it’s the apps fault for working this way, it might be just another of apple’s restrictions that they have to work around. The transfer itself is a bit slow but it works.
One thing I’m not sure of that I noticed today is after the transfer the iPad claims the files of this app take a lot of space probably equivalent to all the data I transferred this morning. Not sure if its by mistake and always been happening and simply requires some time to refresh the correct space use or is it something new and I need to reinstall the app to free the space. This is something new I noticed so we’ll see. But otherwise it works well and the costumer support was helpful.

Hi Pro 128GB memory stick for IPhone
On my iPhone I have over 2k worth of photos and videos. I purchased the Hi Pro 126GB stick to ensure all the data would be saved correctly. However, today 26-03-2024 only half of the data has been saved to the flash drive memory stick. No matter how many times I delete them off the stick, reset my iPhone and start again the same problem keeps arising. It is not transferring all the data over. 🤷🏻♂️

Non-functional
Continuous transfer failures, very basic set up. A delete and re-install ends up with same problem. Sometimes doesn’t recognize the external drive. Useless app.

When I first got the stick last yr everything worked great. Now the app just opens then immediately closes . Can’t download any pics to it!

Can’t transfer files, only pictures
The app shows only the Document and Pictures folders on my iPad gen 8 (2018). I got this device to transfer my working files between iPad and pc and this is the one thing this app cannot do. I tried just dragging my files to the app with no luck. I wish I could return the stick.
