Hisense is too cheap to update this app? You’re telling me it HASN’T been updated since COVID? BE SO SEROUS! How do you expect new customers that purchase your smart appliances to use this app if it doesn’t even work?! GET IT TOGETHER!

Zero stars. Once I downloaded the app and typed in my email and selected a password the app stated it would send me an email with a version code. It never did. I resent the request and no email. Only when I views other reviews did I realize this app is useless

So called 3rd party app Hisense wants everybody to use (Connect Life), my phone won’t let me download it because my phone is out of date, even tho my phone is on the latest firmware according to apple.
This is one of the reasons why I don’t like so called Smart Devices, they become paperweights whenever they refuse to update the app and/or when the company goes under.

App never sends the email to register. cannot use it. waste of time. deleted it after 4 hours of frustration.
Probably a scam
I downloaded the app and it requires a login and then it was sending a confirmation to my email which never arrived. App offered to “open my email automatically” to retrieve the code. Shady.

We have tried to sign up for this app numerous times and it will not send the email with a code. So we’re unable to move any further. We have deleted the app reinstalled the app, use different emails, checked junk folders and spam. It doesn’t work
No Email Sent
Go through the process of setting up the app and they never send you a registration codex tried multiple emails, checked all folders, waste of time and makes using the AC over WiFi impossible without 3rd party integration.

There is no wonder this app only has 1. I can’t even sign in to the account I created with the password I changed twice. Don’t use it. Actually don’t try it

Intenté con diferentes cuentas y jamás te envía ningún tipo de correo, si que jamás pude registrarme para usarla, si función WIFI no sirve de nada
