I received the BoomPods Zero Bluetooth speaker for Christmas and it was great the app was really good the speaker worked great connecting with my iPhone first time every time, But now the app is useless just not working and the speaker doesn’t connect with the Bluetooth on my iPhone anymore, So just something else that will sit in the drawer with all the other useless junk 😡

Having to reinstall app to use every time
This worked great once first installed, however once you switch off the aquablaster it stops connecting, when you try to connect it says it isn’t paired and when you open the app it’s a blank screen, I’m having to reinstall and connect and pair every time I want to use it
Useless
It disconnects from the device every time I want to use it. The app crashes constantly and has to be deleted and reinstalled. Wish I’d never bothered.
Don’t even attempt to pair your device
I can’t even get past the Alexa screen there needs to be a option to skip that part istg
Frustrating App
Once installed on to your iPhone,the app works alright for the initial set up but when you use it again.It’s logged on the feedback page and you can’t enter or send any feedback.So the only way to connect to your aquablaster speaker is to remove and install again.You shouldn’t need to do this every time!!

Does what I want
Not sure why the bad reviews. I just set my boom pods up in 1min with the app and I have a iPhone 8. Also It can use Apple Music not sure why other people have an issue with it. Once set up dont need app so just archived it and still works perfectly. Given 4* due to the fact that the app is useless after you have paired your device so just extra data on my phone.

Rubbish does not work with iPhone
The app does not work properly with iPhone XS or iPhone 10 or iPad either. The app downloads but does not pair with the device at all although the device connects via Bluetooth on our phones it will not connect via the app so then we are unable to use the Alexa on the device. Really disappointed.
