Pretty Useless and Very Frustrating

This app is pretty useless as it does not correctly reflect anything. It does not show all the credits I currently have or all the times I’ve been. It’s quite frustrating to think I can go on to the app at my convenience and look these up only to have to turn around and call Hiatus to get the accurate information. The whole idea of spas and apps are to make our lives LESS stressful. 😕

Won't let me log in.

I have an existing account, but couldn't log in using the app. No problem logging in via the web. Had to give up on the app and do it on my desktop. Uninstalled the app.
