I just started shopping in Hibbett Dec 2025, recently I went to their Spring Valley location to pick up some Jordans that I had entered in the raffle and was lucky to be selected. This visit really made me decide that moving forward this location and company will be my to go shoe place to shop. The customer service from start to finish was over top, itβs hard to find this now a days. I ended up leaving the store with 3 extra pairs of shoes, it turned out that the person helping me was the manager. Thank you for my experience in your store, what I loved is that the other employee working also was giving an amazing customer service as well.
