Mobile deposit
They have to change the requirement to writing in for mobile deposit only when you can simply check the check box it’s already there in the back of the check. Sometimes it will reject my check if it doesn’t like the way that I wrote a for mobile deposit only.
Bad update
Latest update requires iOS 18.4 or later. This is ridiculous for a very basic app and discriminatory against poorer and/or older customers… which is most of Hibernia’s demographic, including myself. Make it backwards compatible!!

This is THE best Bank in the New Orleans Area by far. Time to come home to Hibernia.

I lived in New York for 35 years and came back after Covid and joined your bank institution which was the biggest mistake.
I should’ve gone to Whitney.
You guys are slow and so behind the times it’s incredible.
When people have called me from the bank for an overdraft or not using the deposit checks correctly by not writing for deposit on my check they are so rude and spoke to me like I was a five year old and they were the teacher.
No wonder why your bank only has two branches
But again you’re my neighborhood bank and it’s been the biggest mistake I made locally opening a bank account with you,
Hibernia has lost what it was in the acquisition. It used to be the pride and joy of New Orleans now it’s the laughingstock
when I tell all my friends they asked me why in the heck did you open up at Hibernia when there’s so many others banking institutions in the area, that are modern efficient with kinder employees

Everything about this app and bank are trash. Service, products and lack of convenience are all horrible.
Online deposits are flawed
The requirement to endorse a mobile deposit with specific words should be dropped or specified at the beginning of the process
Awesome!
The new app is great, really easy to use and mimics online banking so I don’t have trouble finding what I need!
