Update the app please!
iPhone 12 Pro: It’s kinda working, but UI is not updated to the current iPhone screen size.
iPhone 17 Pro: The app refuse to connect to Hiby W3 II…
In general feeling like the company has abandoned this product line.

Update the App
I like my W3ii but why does the android version of this app able to update this device (W3ii) not my ios hibyblue app? You're neglecting users that uses this app for their hiby devices.

App won’t connect to Hidizs H2
Can find in device list with full signal strength but says “connection lost” after selecting
Just awful
I supported HiBy and the WH2 “true wireless” Bluetooth earbuds during their Kickstarter campaign. This app is supposed to allow me to connect to the headphones for updates. It’s been months now and I’m still not able to connect to this app with my WH2 earbuds.
Which pretty much makes them worthless, because out of the box, they were not impressive at all. They sounded okay, but none of the HD features I purchased them for really work properly. Plus, and this is sort of important, making calls on them is a frustrating experience. If I’m wearing a sweater or something textured, and I look down while I’m talking, my voice becomes muffled and next to impossible to hear. It’s pretty bad.
They are truly awful. And the customer service may actually be the worst I’ve ever experienced in audio. I contacted them right away to see if maybe I’m doing something wrong or maybe there was an update that could help (That’s what this app is supposed to do. Never has), only to learn that it’s not supported yet. I asked if I could return them and was told that couldn’t because it was for “subjective reasons” and that they can’t be held responsible for that. Really? Wow.
So I now have a pair of $100+ earbuds that are worthless and sits in my junk drawer. And this app I keep hoping one day will update them to the point of being usable. I’ve given up on audiophile sound altogether. Just let me be able to use them in some way!
Better yet, back your products and give me my money back. I liked my first HiBy music player, but will never take another chance on this company again.
Words of advice.
I truly hope you don’t, either.
