App constantly crashes
Any chance the app could be looked at. Tried formatting sd card doing factory reset. All working fine and recording but the app will crash everytime you try to look at the recording
App not supported anymore
I don’t think this app is supported anymore. When you click on App Support it take you to a website selling cups. It hasn’t been updated in a long time. The app stopped working today.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The app, if you can ever get it to load, freezes constantly. It’s basically impossible to review previous footage. I wish they would an update, it’s been as least a year. I’m going to contact the camera company and see if there a new/different app to try. If I get anywhere with that I’ll edit and add information.

The app need to update
After update the camera to newest version, the app stop working, always shows progress but can’t see any movement in the screen. However, I download the HiCam plus in the Android device, the app working well.
This needs to be fixed
I’ve never written a review for an app because usually I just don’t care, but this app needs to be fixed! In order to check my camera I will need to close the app countless times and reopen it because it’s constantly crashing. When I can connect to my camera I’ll get about 30 seconds of moving around before I have to exit and load it up again. I’m unable to view past footage or even speak through the camera. I’ve been waiting for an update that will make this app usable, but it’s apparent that the company really doesn’t care if their app works or not since you’ve already purchased the camera. If I could give this 0 stars I would because one star means it’s performing at a 1/5 but this app DOESN’T WORK!!
