Not Affordable Like Before
I’ve used Hich now for about a year and not only enjoyed the fact that their employees get a higher cut than Lyft and Uber, but also that they charged riders significantly less, like $25 for a ride vs $40 on Lyft, or $22 to the airport vs $33-36 on Lyft. Now, rides are just as expensive, if not sometimes 1-3 dollars more than Lyft. Lyft’s wait and save option is less expensive than Hich now. I wish Hich could be affordable again.

App is unusable
Was able to utilize the app once and since then it force quits on me and gives me ton of errors, ive reported the issue to hich and they dont seem interested in fixing it which is unfortunate.

significantly cheaper than the other two major ride share apps!! it is a little harder to get a driver sometimes but i hope this service continues to grow, i’ve been very happy with my experience !
No option to opt out of push ads
I don’t want to keep getting annoying push ads about the service, but I still want to get notifications about my rides.

The best rideshare in Minnesota. A lot cheaper than other ride shares and the drivers are professional and reliable. It saves you money and also you get great service. I really enjoy using Hich to save money on my daily rides.

there is barley any drivers and everytime it shows theres a near by driver it never works.

needs some fixes but overall fine
my first ride with hich, i selected a ride that said i could get a driver in 4 minutes for $10. i then compared to lyft that said i could get a driver in 15 minutes for $10 so obviously, i chose hich. well, i ended up waiting 15 minutes for the hich driver anyways.

Try Hich a new ride share company that practices conscious capitalism and pays the drivers fairly. The ride was cheaper for me and the driver made more. We need more companies like this. Greedy capitalism is killing our country.
