Thank you for the feedback Firstly, every feature is not behind a pay wall. The augmented reality activities are completely free. There is also a free period for all features after registering. Secondly, the user interface is unique as the entire app is unlike anything else available, however it is supported by a comprehensive user guide found on the Main Map Screen. Finally, yes there is a pay wall. The app has been devised by regular Disney fans at their own expense - not a large company with funds to invest. The costs to create, maintain and host the app are significant which is why subscriptions are necessary. We believe the subscriptions (WDW is only $8.99 a month which covers a typical 2-week vacation) are excellent value when compared to a single Mickey ice cream or Lightning Lane. And there is no doubting Hidden Micks provides the most enjoyment in comparison.
