Total failure to advance?
Just two levels left until the end of the game, and it’s inexplicably stopped advancing!
No matter how many times I enter a scene to locate its hidden objects, it just stops progressing after 3 stars are earned - it doesn’t prompt earning a rune stone, doesn’t open the next scene.
Also, simultaneously, Creature Quests are not offered now, new creatures are not attained, and the game is basically locked into a single hidden object scene indefinitely.
I’ve cleared the cache and restarted the game numerous times. My next option will be to delete the game and reinstall it again, to begin the game from its start.

Progress problem
I was really enjoying the game till I got to level 7. A rune stone is needed to advance to the next level. That was fine until I reached level 7. This level tells me that I will need to go back to one of the previous levels to get the stone. I do and play each level until the only thing I can collect are coins because the portal has turned red and I am told this. I looked at the two rune stone recipes and discover that I am still lacking items in both. So then I am prompted to ask the fairy, I do and she tells me there is nothing else to do. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the photos are cool and the objects are easy to see making the search fun.
UPDATE:
The rune stones are much easier to get. The graphics are great and there are a lot of hidden object activities.
The scenes are cool too.

Relaxing hidden object game. In response to the other reviewer, you can buy runestones to keep progressing, it’s easy to get coins. I love it!
