I have been playing these types of games forever, and I’ve never once had to deal with ads in the middle of the game or have to purchase it. No thank you.

No HOP so cannot continue game
Was enjoying this game, then in Chapter 3 the game came to a standstill, checked the map and no where had anything to be done. Checked the guide and the second HOP in the Royal reception room had not come up. Therefore stuck in the game and unable to continue . Please fix this.

I just paid 9.99 because I like the Cats series, but I didn’t expect the first scene withe the king to be so badly formatted that the boxes with the names of the items you are supposed to find are beneath the static always-present boxes. The three across the bottom including the return arrow are covering what the names of what we’re supposed to find. And since I had paused in dismay the “let’s use the hint button” dialog comes up and you don’t even have it centered on the button! That’s really sloppy. Am on iPad and they don’t format same as PC. Please fix then I can fix my rating.

Unplayable!
This game simply isn’t playable. I hadn’t made it too far into the game. I don’t remember exactly where I left off but I know I made it past the tarot card match game. When I went to play again a few hours later, the game had reset to the very beginning! Annoying but I decided to continue playing. Then I get to the part where you add the 3 gems to the box, and it refuses to do so. Dragging the gems to the box does nothing. It doesn’t even register it. I even watched ads to get a hint in case I was somehow wrong but nothing highlights once it brings you back to gameplay. I’m not starting the game over for a THIRD time, hoping that it plays correctly. Maybe I’ll try again if they release updates to fix all of these bugs.

UPDATE: On Thursday Friendly Fox will release a Mad Head game. It’s Dawn of Hope: Frozen Soul. Looks like another winner. Purchase, play and enjoy! Unfortunately there are not many Mad Head games left. If only we could have EIPIX, but Oleg is just sitting on them. 🙄 You guys really need to write to Domini and say that you want them! It takes two minutes. Write to Support.

On to the game. You play from the perspective of two different characters, as this series is a replacement for Dark Romance. This game is about cats. More like a major “catastrophe!” The first issue is a problem within the hidden object scenes. The information icon and the return button icon are obscuring the names of the items which you need to find. That is ridiculous! In addition, the lack of touchscreen sensitivity is appalling, as per usual, and the storyline boils down to stealing souls for immortality, the only storyline that Domini seems to create. I hate this format! No match-3 alternative, 140 of the same type of collectible to find (in this case, mice, wonderful for me, right?), and no way to replay HO scenes or mini-games. Although the other gamers said the game crashed and that they had a fatal error, I did not experience this problem. The only issue that really bothered me was the icons obscuring the words in the HO puzzles. My rating will be 4 stars. I liked the game but detested this format. At least I talked Oleg into returning the whole strategy guide. He needs to return to his roots and start giving us CE games again. That was the winning format.

Once again my first review did not post so I will try again.
This game is a mess! First of all, the first mini game froze and after reopening the game twice I was only able to move on by quickly selecting the skip option before the screen froze again. Next, the names of items to be collected in the HO games are obscured by the back button. There is no match 3 option, which would have been helpful in this instance. Lastly, there is a FATAL ERROR in the bonus section. In the abandoned forge the board one is supposed to use to assemble the picture is not available and the game cannot proceed from there. I would advise against paying for this game until all issues are corrected.
