Lacking multiple profiles
My kids have a great time playing the game but I would like to see multiple profiles under one parent account. My kids are 7 & 4 and at different stages so it would be nice to have different levels plus separating the profiles allows for players to move at their own pace instead of together. I would actually pay a couple bucks more to get a family profile.

Sound Issues
We have no sound. I’ve tried updates, restarting, and reloading. Nothing has worked.
Sound doesn’t work
Downloaded this app this morning. Sound doesn’t work. Tried to reinstall the app, tried another device, and 2 calls to customer service...with no resolution. Is this a known issue? Volume works on other games on same device. Customer service claims the app doesn’t have sound and that they don’t support the app. Too. Ad, it looks like it would be fun.

You Better Want To Pay Forever
The app is good WHEN YOU WANT IT. My kids got older and no longer use the app. I don’t want to pay a monthly charge, but there is no way to cancel payment. I have reached out via email through their app support and customer support emails numerous with no response. This isn’t just a lack of transparency when signing up, it seems like straight dishonesty. As parents, we try and find safe and educational ways to keep our kids entertained and then run across this type of “business” that is obviously out to make a dollar with no concern for anything but their bottom line. Please, just out of principle, do not purchase this app.

Good games Poor Value
My nephew has played through all the games and the new ones only take about 10 minutes a week. Don’t know how much longer I will pay for this.

Trickery & Flawed
First, they tease the "free" app to children on the magazine that their parents have purchased, but sneakily try to add a forever expensive monthly subscription once you go to download. Second, the app freezes and hardly ever works. Shame on you using children's hope this way and not even building something of value for value. Should come with your magazine subscription.

It downloads for “free” but then costs $2.99/month to do anything with it. I think I will just keep my original Hidden Pictures from years ago on my old phone and play with those instead.
You don’t keep puzzles unless you keep paying
Puzzles are fun and entertained my 2 year old; however because as we are told now, it’s a subscription series, you lose all your puzzles if you don’t renew. I feel that should be stated more clearly,
