Event not working
My event won’t work. No matter what I click on, it’s not accepted. I have wasted all my tickets and couldn’t play it.

I have tried several times to play the event but everytime I try to tap on somthing nothing happens I’ve deleted the app n started over from scratch but I can’t fix it plz help
Great except one thing
When you use the ticket to play the animal event, it doesn’t work. No matter what you touch the game does not register that you are touching anything and you lose your ticket and you can’t play that part at all. Please fix it.

Great Game but…
I have just found this game and really enjoy it but there are some basic glitches. Trying to find support for this game is near impossible. I am in Ancient Greece and a bee just disappears, last item to find, when I use one of the lightbulbs it goes to a location that has no bee. Happy to share the screen grab. Also the stars, jewels etc are confusing. Now lost all achievements and spent money, will not restore progress and no one responds to emails.

Impossible to play as it continually glitches out which is a shame because it looked like a good version

Not fun if you have to worry about accidental taps. Shame, cause the graphics are really fun! Delete.

Fix glitches
While in game the ads will freeze my phone and then when i come back into the game it’s blinking please fix this problem please I love the game but this will make me delete it

Lost all progress
I had been really enjoying the game. I had unlocked all the premium locations, spent money doing so. I had collected items and on some locations I had reached above level 41. Then loaded the game and all my progress was gone and I was back to the very beginning of the game. All the money I spent gone and all that time and effort wasted. Before that I was really enjoying it and would have given 5 stars
