Caution required
I have been using this app for years, or at least, I have been paying for it. Support has never been good, but the app provided that set-it-and-forget-it sense of security. However, for over a year, my account has been showing as expired, with no access via the app or website. I just assumed that I'd forgotten to renew, so I decided not to bother. Imagine my surprise when reviewing my paypal payments (something I clearly don't do often enough), I find that I've been paying a subscription all along. I cancelled future payments and have written to ask for a refund of the latest payment, but I'm not holding my breath.

This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. Signed up for “free “ can’t seem to find cancelation of services. If my card is charged I’ll be writing another review
Cannot delete account
The app and website has a ‘delete account’ button, but selecting does nothing, it doesn’t even appear to try to load anything. I cannot delete my account and customer support has not responded to me
Trying to cancel my subscription and it won’t let me
I am very unhappy about the fact that I can’t cancel my subscription.. this needs to get fixed because I’m tired of having to lock my card so that I don’t get charged for something that I don’t even use

App will not delete my account Saying wrong password and I know 200% it’s not wrong. directing me to sites that do not exist! I’m mad and very Angry that they have my data and all phone information
