Game is great but I paid for no ads and they are still popping up. Please fix or refund

Purchased the “no ads” feature for $4.99 almost a week ago. Got charged for it but it still hasn’t registered that I bought it in the game. Tried hitting restore multiple times, nothing happens. Still get ads and keeps asking me to buy the “no ads” feature again. It appears that everyone else is having the same problem yet the developers have not fixed the issue. Can you say fraud? Cuz that’s what this is if it doesn’t get fixed.

Purchased option to remove ads but it did come through in the app.
Too many ads
I really like this game but it took my money for no ads but I still get tons of ads. I can’t restore and it won’t let me push to buy it again. Please fix this. I really like this game
Didn't receive purchase
I purchased the ad free and it didn't work. I was charged for it but I still have tons of ads. I clicked Restore in settings and that didn't work either. I love the game but I don't like getting robbed.
