Great App - lots of fun

App was quick to download (RHS Bridgewater). The scans of each Shaun worked well and our child really engaged with the augmented reality. It also works well when taking pictures of people with the augmented Shaun. Keep it up RHS.

Sometimes pen and paper are just fine

Digital apps have their own environmental cost. Not to mention user frustration. App took 10 mins to download. Then the signal was poor all through the site - not the RHS garden’s fault - we really shouldn’t be staring at screens in such a lovely setting. The markers were hard to find. The kid would have loved a paper map and something to tick off, instead my phone battery’s getting drained for a non-experience. Nul points. Go back to basics.

Doesn’t work

At wisley and found all the markers but this app just doesn’t work at all

Rubbish App!

Went to Harlow Carr on 13.8.24 with 2 grandchildren and the App didn't work at all. Nothing to scan, absolutely useless and our grandchildren were very, very disappointed. Spoiled the whole day out for them and us too.
