Misleading “Free trial” which actually costs 7.99£ for the week and apple refuse to refund. App developer doesnt respond to emails
Poor customer service
It was not known whether my target country is included until you buy at least 1 wk subscription. I mistakenly clicked on that and immediately uninstalled and asked for refund with full explanation. They refused without even explanation. Disappointing.

Scam with server
I saw there’s indian server on their advertising and loging in I got a subscription and later it turns out that there is no indian server in this vpn. Also tried claiming my money back no response from the customer service.
Not fit for purpose
