Does exactly what it says
It removes YouTube shorts, it also has extra features like hiding the recommendations and hide ads, and finally an option to bring back the amount of dislikes.

Only blocked shorts
This app only blocked YT shorts, not recommended videos or ads. It's still worth the dollar if you only want shorts blocked. I'm a little disappointed.

Hi, I’m glad blocking YouTube shorts worked out for you. As well as shorts our Safari extension blocks recommended videos as in the segments where it says “You may like” or “News” or “Explore more topics”, it also blocks the ad that would usually display at the top of the video feed underneath a video, we unfortunately cannot block the ad that plays at the start of the video in this current version. Hope this clears any confusion.
