Was watching an anime and all of sudden my accounts is signed out and I try singing back in says account already exists this has happened to to times
Sub Title
When watching in sub the subtitle disappears during dialogue and nothing loads after. App is also glitchy. Not worth the money if u can’t even watch it.
Terribly/buggy app.
Worst streaming app, I have ever used. Crashes continuously, will randomly stop showing subtitles, commands become unresponsive forcing you to close and reopen the app. Only reason I has it is for the exclusive content, but with more of it moving to apps like Netflix it may not be needed fairly soon.

Has potential but don’t pull through
Has some of the better shows and keeps getting more catalog but the UI issue when watching a show that has multiple translations the app cannot handle both and your left with one or the other IE a book has writing and the main character are speaking the book will be translated but the person talking is not so now I’m missing a chunk of information cause the app chose a book over the person speaking

How is it this bad?
Constantly broken. I can only visibly see like 4 shows, search doesn’t work, lists don’t work, etc. and it’s been this way for years.
Improve the subtitles, also add more dub they only have English and wish they could add more
The search button sometimes doesn’t even work and sometimes does so you gotta press a lot the button to find what u wanna watch

I’ve been getting kicked out of the app every day for months. It forces me out then requires me to sign in and resubscribe, although my membership is valid. Serious tech issues lately.
Glitchy subtitles
So I’ve used this for a couple months now and it could use a lot of work compared to its counterparts especially since it’s a subscription service. I have anime’s that the subtitles go out randomly and sometimes when I pause it, it’ll catch up others times it won’t. As I said it needs a serious update especially on the APPLE TV.

App no longer works for me
Tried deleting and redownloading multiple times, anime selection wasn’t that great but it had some stuff I couldn’t watch elsewhere dubbed.

Pretty bad
This is primarily for the Apple TV version of the app. Issues: 1. Custom video player with custom controls that mostly do not work with Apple’s remote — clicking left or right does not change the view position. 2. The app makes itself permanently active, even during pause. So if you stop playback and leave, your tv will stay on. Forever. Burning the frame image into the screen. I haven’t seen any other video playing apps that do that.

Search function is…disfunctional
They appear to have removed the dub section as well as the ability to search for dubs
More expensive worst quality
I do want to support legal platforms but now their monthly fee is much more expensive and no improvements on the app or catalog… why bother continuing ?
This app is trash
Had it for a week, it keeps shutting down mid stream, resetting my language preferences (I only watch subs and it keeps switching to dubs), the layout is bad (why am I scrolling just to find the continue watching section), 30sec skip/rewind is too much, I missed what happened 5 seconds ago, not half the episode back, why is there no rating section? I have no idea if any of these shows are good and no way to figure out unless I go to a whole other app/website. And on top of that, it’s barely even cheaper than Crunchyroll. Absolutely not worth it. Crunchyroll sucks too but this is garbage.

Stole my money after I subscribed. This happend a few days ago and I’ve reported and gone to help center and it’s no help and was a waste of money.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Wanted to get a subscription so I could watch something different shows. Tried subscribing and it brings me back to the main page. Click on a show to watch and it tells me select a subscription plan. Pick the plan and it says I already have a plan. Brings me back to the main page and repeats this endless loop. App is trash.

I’m already subscribed and logged in, but the videos are still locked and I can’t watch any videos. Fix this ASAP

Signed up and subscribed. Every time I go to watch something it says I need to subscribe. What a horrific app. I guess I’ll watch their content by other means.
