Hidra Work

Hidra Work is the site app of Hidra. Crew leaders, workers and drivers see their work for the day and record hours on their phone, even where there is no coverage. To use it, your company has to work with Hidra: you activate the app once with the QR code or link you get from the office. No username or password: the phone keeps its own secure key. ON SITE • Calendar with your work orders for each day and their status: to do, not sent, returned by the office or sent. • Map with the day's sites: who is at each one, the trucks that arrive and the safety signs. Directions with your navigation app (Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze). • In each work order: what has to be done, the safety notices for the day and the site, notes from the office and the documents with their folders, which open inside the app. • Each person's hours with a keypad made for the site, Regie work, transport and comments. • Site photos with a stamp showing date, time and place (if GPS is on) that serve as proof. Location is only used when taking the photo, never in the background. • Refuelling of the truck or machine, with a photo of the receipt. ON THE ROAD • My route: the day's stops in order. Record arrival and departure, add stops and breaks, and start and end the truck's day. • With CarPlay and Siri: the stops on the car's screen, "I have arrived", "I am leaving" and directions to the next stop, without touching the phone. FOR MANAGERS • Project managers see the work orders of their sites and filter them by crew. • Reports on your people's hours: week or month, recorded and validated, by day, person and site, compared with the previous month. ALWAYS • No coverage? Record anyway: everything is sent when the network is back, with nothing duplicated. • If you work for several companies that use Hidra, all of them in the same app. • Each company chooses what it uses: what it doesn't use doesn't appear. • In Spanish, German, English, French, Italian, Portuguese and Albanian.
