Remote deposit
I’m extremely disappointed that the rejection of my remote deposit took 3 days, which caused my account to be overdrawn. This is 2026, the technology needs to be brought up to speed.
Amount on check does not match amount detected,deposit rejected
Numerous errors tried Five times before deposit was taken, this happened before also for a check less than 7 dollars.

Horrible app
It only is the app horrible but the cards they issue are prolly the worse out of everything they got $$ to build all these banks across NY but can’t make a decent debit card that doesn’t have to be replaced every three months
Mobile deposit
The Highpoint app gives great access to many services, including mobile deposit. We have been using this for a few years now and have never experienced a problem. Thank you for making banking easier.

I love the new Olean Area Federal Credit Union mobile app! The new design is well done and the features are more accessible than ever before. It’s easy to use and I enjoy the functionality.
